By accessing or using Meetn ("Service"), a product of TorresVas LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Meetn is a meeting scheduling platform that allows you to set your availability, create booking links, and let others schedule meetings with you. The Service integrates with Google Calendar and Zoom to provide calendar availability checking and video meeting creation.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google and Zoom. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORRESVAS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
