Meetn is a product of TorresVas LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our meeting scheduling service at meetn.ai.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and timezone. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information from Google.

Calendar Data

If you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar to check availability and create meetings on your behalf. We do not store your calendar events.

Zoom Integration

If you connect Zoom, we use your Zoom account to create meeting links for scheduled appointments. We only access the minimum permissions needed to create meetings.

Booking Information

When someone books a meeting with you, we collect their name, email, and any information they provide in the booking form.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our scheduling service
  • To check your calendar availability
  • To create video meeting links
  • To send booking confirmations and reminders
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To improve our service

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

  • Service Providers: Google (for authentication and calendar), Zoom (for video meetings), and AWS (for hosting)
  • Meeting Participants: When someone books with you, they see your name and availability

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure cloud infrastructure. OAuth tokens are stored securely and we never store your Google or Zoom passwords.

  • Through Your Account: Log in to Meetn and go to Settings to update your information, disconnect integrations (Google, Zoom), or delete your account
  • By Email: Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Request"

Response Time

We will respond to your request within 30 days. If we need more time (up to 60 additional days for complex requests), we will notify you of the extension and explain the reason.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to confirm details associated with your account.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
